TERMS OF SALES
The General Conditions of Sale and Use apply to all orders placed by a natural person on the Website, www.miamrepublique.com
ORDERING PROCEDURE
The Customer declares to have read and accepted these general conditions of sale before placing the order. The order to be entered on the site: www.miamrepublique.com . Availability of products is not necessarily guaranteed, and exceptionally may no longer be on sale at the time of ordering.
When recording data in the “my basket” section, the Customer must ensure the accuracy and completeness of the mandatory data they provide. Any subsequent changes must be mentioned as quickly as possible.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Within a maximum of 8 days after the order (excluding annual holidays)
Miam République will then confirm acceptance of the order to the user, by e-mail with the details of the order basket.
Any order confirmed by the Customer constitutes conclusion of the sales contract.
The data recorded and kept by MIAM REPUBLIQUE constitutes proof of all past transactions.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
MIAM REPUBLIQUE mobilizes its entire team to always have stock available for sale on its website. However, shortages can occur due to poor sourcing of raw materials or those that do not correspond to its rigorous specifications. If the restocking takes an abnormally long time, then the customer will be informed as soon as possible and a refund request may be made. Customer service is available on 04 90 94 31 42
PRICE
The prices of the products are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding shipping costs, which costs are calculated separately.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment for Products purchased on the Site is made in full when ordering. The Products remain the property of Miam République until full payment of the order. Payments are made by credit card (Master Card, Visa, American Express). Your credit card will be debited upon confirmation of your order. To this end, you guarantee that you are the holder of the bank card to be debited and that the name appearing on it is indeed yours.
SECURITY OF PAYMENTS
The secure payment service used on our site is “Clic an Pay by Crédit du Nord”. It guarantees total confidentiality of personal information transmitted over the Internet. Therefore, information relating to your bank card is not stored on the Site and your payment can only be viewed in encrypted form using the SSL protocol (confirmed by the appearance of “https” in the URL displayed in your browser).
DELIVERY & RESPONSIBILITY
We strive to ensure deliveries within 1 to 2 working days for France from receipt of the order and therefore payment. The times indicated are usual average times and correspond to processing and delivery times. Any delay in delivery will be reported to the customer, and delivery will be made within 15 days maximum. In the event of failure to provide a product of identical or equivalent quality, reimbursement will be made upon request by the customer, within 15 days of receipt of the request.
The Customer can only make reservations upon delivery of the products in the event of delivery not conforming quantitatively to the order or if the goods are seriously damaged.
Procedure to follow in the event of a damaged product
Any reservations must be notified to the carrier upon delivery of the product. A copy of the reservations must be sent to contact@miamrepublique.com no later than 12 hours after these reservations have been made. It is up to the Customer to provide with this shipment, confirmation by the carrier of the reality of these reservations.
We guarantee products in perfect condition when handed over to the carrier. In the event that the products are damaged and the Customer has expressed reservations about delivery, MIAM REPUBLIQUE will, depending on the case, exchange or reimburse the products. The request must be made within seven (7) working days following delivery of the products. Any complaint made outside this deadline cannot be accepted.
If the above procedure has been respected, and if it is thus proven that the reservations are due to the fact that the package and the products are seriously damaged, we will refund or issue a credit or a new shipment, depending on the choice of the Customer.
No unvalidated returns of Products will be accepted.
CLAIM
Any customer dispute may be brought to the attention of VG FOOD SAS within a reasonable period of 14 working days. Customer service is available on 04 90 94 31 42, or contact can be made by post to:

WITHDRAWAL
Upon receipt of your order, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 clear days according to the Consumer Code. (article L.121-21...)

The refund will take place as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days following their receipt(s) and will be made via the payment method used during the purchase.
However, reimbursement can only be made if the Product(s) are returned in perfect condition.
RESERVATION OF OWNERSHIP
In accordance with the law of May 12, 1980, the Products delivered to you are sold subject to retention of title. The transfer of ownership is subject to full payment of the price of the Products, on the due date agreed between the parties.
The Products therefore remain the property of MIAM REPUBLIQUE until full payment of the orders.
RESPONSIBILITY
MIAM REPUBLIQUE undertakes to provide all the necessary care to implement the service offered to you.
The Site provides you with information (photos, texts) for information purposes only, as is, with all their imperfections, errors, omissions, inaccuracies and other ambivalences that may exist and are in no way contractual. In addition, this information must be taken into consideration at the time it is put online and not at the time of consultation of the Site.
MIAM RÉPUBLIQUE declines all responsibility:
- For any interruption, malfunction or unavailability of access to the Site;
- For any misuse or misconfiguration of your computer;
- For any damage of any nature whatsoever resulting from fraudulent intrusion by a third party leading to a modification of the information made available on the Site.
- For any failure due to a fortuitous event or a case of force majeure such as, and without limitation, catastrophes, strikes, fires, floods, failure or breakdown of equipment, means of transport, communication or due to your actions.
- For any indirect damage such as loss of profits, loss of earnings, loss of data, loss of customers which may, among other things, result from the use of the Site, or on the contrary from the impossibility of its use. In any event, whatever the reason for VG FOOD SAS's accusation, its liability is limited to the lower of the two sums: (i) amount of direct damage suffered by the customer or (ii) price of the order.
SUBSCRIPTION TO THE NEWSLETTER
By accepting these General Conditions of Sale when placing an order on the Site, the Customer authorizes the Company to send him emails to the address he provided when ordering.

APPLICABLE RIGHT
This agreement is subject to French law. The language of this contract is French. The Avignon Commercial Court will have jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All products, texts, logos, photos and images are the property of VG FOOD SAS. Any reproduction or use, even partial, without the express consent of VG FOOD SAS is prohibited.
CONFIDENTIALITIES
In accordance with the “Informatique et Libertés” law of January 6, 1978 amended in 2004, you have the right to access and rectify information that concerns you. We are committed to protecting your privacy and security as much as possible. We do not share your personal information with third party companies. Access to protected identification areas on the site is via a password.
